We will be using a WeBex platform for the workshop session. As such, on the day, kindly:

• Login with your name and paper ID (i.e., James Adam ID 10).
• Fill in the registration form for attendance here: REGISTRATION FORM

On the day of the presentation:

1. Make sure your camera, mics, and speaker works.
2. Please login at least 30 minutes before your turn.
3. Please switch on the camera while session chair introduces you.
4. The moderator will open the floor for Q & A after your presentation.

WeBeX Navigation (Main Room & Parallel Session)

• To join a session, click 'join' on the corresponding session on the right side menu of your WeBeX window

• To leave the session and return to the main WeBeX room, click the red button on the bottom bar of the WeBeX window. Alternatively, you may press 'Ctrl + L'

• You may also switch between sessions freely. You may do so by leaving & joining (similar to the above methods). Alternatively, you may also switch by displaying the available session by clicking 'show other breakout session' on the right side menu of your WeBeX window, then select the session you want to join.

We are delighted to provide a virtual background for your use. Please find the attached file and feel free to to use it and add your company/organization logo if you want.

To use the virtual background:

1. Click the icon button (left with text 'change background') on the top right corner of the screen (make sure you camera is on).

2. Choose the '+' sign from the dropdown list. A box will popup allowing you to upload a photo from the computer. Click the one you one and it will appear alongside the other pictures as an option for you to choose from.

3. If the image is inverted, press the (right side) button that have triangle-like shape
